AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Please note that we only ship within Australia and do not offer worldwide shipping. We primarily use Australia Post for shipping, although alternate services may be utilized as necessary. Kindly ensure you provide a valid shipping address.

SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the destination within Australia. These rates are displayed as "Shipping Cost" during the checkout process. Standard Shipping is complimentary for all orders over $99 (after discounts).

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within three (3) business days, with potential delays during peak sales periods. You can track your order through the My Orders section of your account, where you'll find the tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia.

RETURN POLICY
We do not accept cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind. However, under the rights provided by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, which cannot be waived, we will replace or refund any faulty or damaged product that has been delivered to you.
